Sawley Kitchen in Ripon is an artisan family-run bakery producing award-winning handcrafted bakes using family recipes, from cranberry and orange shortbread to chocolate crumble cookies, giant meringues, and savoury crackers. Yockenthwaite Farm in the Yorkshire Dales has been farmed by the Hirds family since 1842. As fifth generation sheep farmers, they now also produce naturally delicious granolas, overnight oats, and porridge from whole grains drizzled with honey.
