Who can list on Sustainfind?
Sustainfind is for independent food and drink producers based in the United Kingdom. This includes farms, dairies, bakeries, breweries, distilleries, smokeries, farm shops, market garden growers, beekeepers, sauce makers, preservers, and anyone producing food or drink with genuine provenance and quality.
We don't list resellers, supermarkets, or businesses that exclusively sell products made by other companies. The focus is on producers — people who make, grow, rear, brew, or bake what they sell.
Listing standards
All listings on Sustainfind are reviewed before going live. We check that the business is a genuine independent producer based in the UK, that the information provided is accurate, and that the business has an active online presence or physical location customers can visit.
We reserve the right to decline or remove listings that don't meet these standards, that contain misleading information, or that make sustainability claims they cannot substantiate.
Sustainability credentials
Sustainfind displays sustainability badges (Organic, Free Range, Soil Association, etc.) on producer profiles. These badges are based on information provided by the producer. We encourage producers to only claim credentials they genuinely hold. If a consumer reports a discrepancy between claimed credentials and reality, we will investigate and may remove the relevant badges.
We do not audit or verify certifications independently at this stage. Producers are responsible for the accuracy of their sustainability claims.
Content and imagery
Producers are responsible for the content and imagery they upload to their profile. Images should be genuine photographs of the producer, their products, or their premises. Stock photography is discouraged — authenticity is a core part of the Sustainfind experience.
Sustainfind reserves the right to edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the platform's values.
Plans and billing
Sustainfind offers four tiers: Listed (free), Rooted (£12.99/month), Flourish (£29.99/month), and Source (£49.99/month). Annual billing is available at a discount (one month free). Producers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through their dashboard. Details of what each tier includes are on our pricing page.
