Our Cow Molly makes award-winning ice cream and milk from their own Friesian herd on a family farm in the hills above Sheffield, with a farm shop and milk vending machine. Longley Farm, founded in 1948, produces cottage cheese, yoghurts, and cream from their 250-strong Jersey herd near Holmfirth. The Telegraph described their yoghurts as exceptionally good, and their cottage cheese has built a devoted national following. Barncliffe Brie is Sheffield own artisan soft cheese, available at specialist shops across the city.
