McColls in Bishop Auckland brings North East warmth to easy drinking beers. Hopper House Brew Farm produces craft beer on a working farm at Sedgefield. Yard of Ale brews at The Surtees Arms in Ferryhill.
Durham Gin is the first distillery in the city since Henry VIII, producing small-batch gin with botanicals inspired by the Durham landscape and offering a gin school.
