Moorhouses in Burnley has produced Champion Beer of Britain winners and supplies 300 outlets within 50 miles. Bowland Brewery has its flagship Beer Hall at Holmes Mill in Clitheroe. Lancaster Brewery produces award-winning ales in the historic city.
Brindle Distillery makes Cuckoo Gin using ingredients grown in their own fields with natural spring water from the artesian aquifer beneath the farm. Wild Fox Distillery, run by fourth generation Lancashire farmers, won Best Rural Drink Business in 2021. Goosnargh Gin is distilled at the foot of Beacon Fell. Exchange Coffee has been roasting in Clitheroe for over 30 years. J Atkinson and Co has been a tea and coffee specialist in Lancaster since 1837.
