Carnival started in a kitchen in 2017. Rock The Boat brews in a 16th century workshop in Little Crosby.
Across the Mersey, Brimstage Brewery has been a Wirral favourite since 2006 and Peerless in Birkenhead has won awards since 2009. Tappers in Southport produces award-winning gin. 92 Degrees roasts speciality coffee at the heart of the Baltic Creative community.
