Caws Teifi Cheese was co-founded by John Savage-Onstwedder, regarded as the Godfather of Welsh artisan cheesemaking and the longest-established artisan cheesemaker in Wales. Hilltop Honey was started by beekeeper Scott Davies in his parents kitchen with a 5,000 pound overdraft in 2011 and is now one of Wales best-known brands. Talgarth Mill is a historic water-powered flour mill on the River Ennig, restored by the community and producing stoneground flour from Welsh-grown grain.
